Winthrop Technologies is a leading European data centre delivery partner, providing turnkey design, construction, and commissioning services across Europe. We are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Civil & Structural packages, site operations, subcontractors, and progress.

Coordinate programme, planning, design information, and construction sequencing.

Manage QA, documentation, drawings, setting-out, and CSA snagging.

Coordinate with design, engineering, commercial, and project teams.

Monitor variations, reporting, subcontractor performance, and project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.

7+ years' CSA industry experience, ideally on large-scale projects.

Proven experience managing CSA packages and subcontractors.

Strong knowledge of scheduling, programming, and construction sequencing.

Strong leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
