SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR — DUBLIN

Fairmead are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, for a long-term scheme in Dublin.

Overview of role

• Location: Dublin
• Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 equivalent plus package
• Permanent, site-based on a major infrastructure project
• Running the commercial side of the project day to day — valuations, CEs, cost reporting, subcontract procurement and final accounts
• Managing the NEC4 contract with the client and supply chain, and keeping the early warning and compensation event process on top of itself

Requirements

• Proven Senior QS experience with a main or civils contractor
• NEC4 Option C experience essential
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Comfortable running the commercial function on a project without a Managing QS over you every day
• Full driving licence
