About The Role:

Manage and identify Extension of Time (EOT) claims on site

Pass claims details to the designated point of contact for claim notices

Support project teams in claims preparation and documentation

Work closely with site teams and project managers

Ensure compliance with contractual

requirements

About You

Proven experience in claims management, especially EOT claims

Site-based role with good understanding of construction processes

Strong organisational and communication skills

Previous experience with MEP or data centre projects preferred

Ability to travel from the UK is consideredNice to Have Skills:

Experience working with claims on complex projects

Knowledge of Irish construction regulationsOther
