Senior Advisory Accountant

Our client is a reputable firm specializing in corporate finance and recovery services, with a strong focus on guiding Irish mid-market, owner-managed businesses through growth and challenges. Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Advisory team.

Role:

The successful candidate will support Directors and Partners across the Insolvency, Advisory, and Tax departments, working on diverse projects such as:

• Raising finance
• Business valuations
• Corporate planning
• Financial and tax due diligence
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Insolvency
• Inward investment
• This role offers an opportunity to grow within the firm, with exposure to high-profile transactions and significant client interactions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

1. Be aQualified Accountant with at least 2 years of general practice experience (newly or part-qualified candidates may also be considered).
2. Have a solid understanding ofaccounts preparation and knowledge ofVAT, PAYE, and Payroll processes, with prior experience completing related returns.
3. Possess excellentcommunication skills and experience dealing directly with clients.
4. Be proficient invarious software systems , including RAP, Relate Company Secretary, Core, Sage, and Xero.
5. Demonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm to develop in a role with significant opportunities for growth.
