Strategic HR & Change Transformation Consultant

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR & Change Transformation Consultant to join our Talent practice in Ireland. You will work on multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver complex people and workforce transformations, combining change management, HR transformation, organisation design and AI-enabled tools to reinvent how organisations and people work.

You will collaborate with clients on design and delivery of change initiatives, build engaging communications, and contribute to learning and
