Global SRE & Platform Operations Lead (Kubernetes)

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Service Reliability & Managed Services to lead and scale a cloud-native Kubernetes platform across multiple clouds and on‑premise data centres. You will own reliability targets, chair Sev-1 calls, and act as the executive-facing owner during customer escalations.

You will manage a team of 15–20, shaping hiring, budgeting, and governance to ensure high‑availability, compliance, and exceptional customer experience in regulated industries.
