The firm works with a broad range of businesses, from ambitious indigenous companies to large international organisations, and is looking to strengthen its senior tax leadership in Limerick.

• Extensive experience in Irish Corporate Tax and international tax advisory.
• Experience advising multinational organisations, Irish corporates and owner-managed businesses on complex tax matters.
• Knowledge of international tax structuring, cross-border transactions and developments would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable client relationship management and business-development experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ambition to grow a significant regional tax practice.

Role and Reporting Lines

The successful candidate will join the firm's Tax leadership team, taking responsibility for developing and expanding the Corporate & International Tax offering in Limerick while working closely with senior colleagues across the wider organisation.

• Practice Leadership – Lead the development of the Corporate & International Tax offering in Limerick, shaping its strategic and commercial direction.
• Client Advisory – Provide senior-level advice to a diverse portfolio of Irish and international businesses on complex corporate tax matters.
• Business Development – Identify opportunities for growth, develop new client relationships and expand the firm's presence across the Mid-West.
• International Tax – Advise on cross-border tax matters, international structuring and relevant developments in international tax legislation.
• Commercial Strategy – Work alongside senior leadership to establish business-development priorities and support the continued growth of the tax division.
• Team Development – Lead, mentor and develop tax professionals, supporting the growth of the regional team.
• Cross-Service Collaboration – Work with colleagues across Audit, Advisory and other Tax specialisms to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Market Development – Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, finance leaders and other key stakeholders throughout the region.
