Site Manager (Roofing & Cladding) - Dublin

Permanent Position

A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing or cladding to join their team delivering major industrial projects. This role will suit someone currently working on large-scale construction environments such as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, or other complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities for roofing and cladding works
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing or cladding (essential)
• Proven experience in a Site Management role with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
• Previous experience on large industrial or high‑spec projects
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
