Service Operations & Reporting Specialist

EPS Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to provide advanced operational, administrative, and systems support to the Cork/Kerry Service & Repairs team. You will own reporting systems, drive process improvements, document control, and maintain databases to support service delivery.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, proposal preparation, and quality/compliance across multiple workstreams. A strong background in ERP systems and Power BI is essential.
