About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses to join leading public and private healthcare providers across Australia. Working within highly regarded ICU departments, you will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients and contribute to a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

The Role

As an ICU Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess complex patient conditions.
• Manage and interpret advanced monitoring equipment and clinical data.
• Work collaboratively with intensivists, medical officers and allied health professionals.
• Respond effectively to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Support patients and families through critical care episodes.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, or in process for same.
• A minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience caring for ventilated and critically ill patients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification, plus Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Master's qualification in Critical Care Nursing.
• Recent Intensive Care or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Experience managing complex ventilation and invasive monitoring.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
