Remote Manager, Customer Success: Lead Growth & Retention

Jobgether partners to fill a fully remote Manager, Customer Success Managers role based in Ireland. You will lead 4–6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC, coaching renewals, reducing churn, and expanding accounts while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers and improve processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in Customer Success with 1–2 years in management, strong forecasting skills, and excellent communication across time zones.
