Cronos Europa - Senior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As a member of a project team working on a Middle Office solution within the financial sector, you will contribute to business analysis, requirements management, testing activities and coordination between business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and structure them into Business Requirements Documents ready for IT analysis.
• Validate business requirements with the different stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including Business Cases and Project Charters.
• Liaise with other services to assess potential impacts on upstream and downstream applications and ensure end-to-end consistency.
• Coordinate with IT teams and ensure the proper implementation of business requirements.
• Organise and prepare steering committees for relevant projects.
• Prepare and/or review test cases, including non-regression testing, and execute them.
• Work closely with Data Governance teams and provide input for Data Governance documentation and Data Warehouse updates.
• Contribute to the preparation of user documentation, including user manuals and presentations.
• Organise and manage application training sessions when required.
• Contribute to communication channels and tools supporting effective collaboration with the user community and other stakeholders.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science. In the absence of a relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree, at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience may be accepted.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience on at least 3 Business Analysis projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English ; French is considered an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical skills:

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to structure and document business requirements.
• Experience in business requirements validation and coordination with IT teams.
• Experience in preparing and executing functional and non-regression test cases.
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of project management documentation and methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking and financial environments is a strong asset.
